Prime Traders is a popular name in the crypto trading world, intending to expand its business and launch one of a kind NFT Aggregator platform. Our Role
The idea is to create a one-stop platform and simplify NFT minting, listing, and NFT trading for users worldwide. During the initial discussion, the client mentioned that they wanted to create a platform with top-notch features of popular NFT marketplace such as OpenSea, Rarible, Mintable, and Nifty Gateway. They wanted to launch their NFT aggregator app on the web and mobile platforms. Our team understood that this would be a hard nut to crack, but we assured the client of the timely delivery of the project.

Challenges
Creating an NFT marketplace Aggregator was a unique concept. The major challenge for our development team was the lack of resources such as APIs & Stack in the public domain. The scarcity of resources resulted in the development team moving further and creating the platform from scratch.
We knew that the NFT was a new technology trend, and NFT marketplace like OpenSea, Rarible, Mintable, Nifty Gateway adds new features every now and then to enhance user experience. Our team was constantly keeping a close watch on what was happening on the leading NFT marketplace. With every upgrade on any NFT marketplaces like OpenSea, Rarible, Mintable, our team had to go through the process of designing, developing, testing, and adding the new features multiple times.
Conceptualization
Being a one-of-a-kind project, we had to start from scratch as we did not have any references. The team first defined the platform’s concept and mentioned every feature and functionality that NFT marketplaces like OpenSea, Rarible, and Mintable possess. The reason was that the client wanted a platform that featured the best of these three platforms.
Communication
Since the solution did not have a market competition, we relied more on communicating with the client to gain more insights into their requirements. Our team of designers, developers, and business analysts made sure to get in touch with the client and plan about the features.
Prototyping
After minute analysis of the client’s requirements, we developed an early model of the product to evaluate a new design. The main objective was to test the solution’s concept.
MVP
We kept the client’s team in loop at every stage and discussed the prototype that we developed. The discussion was followed by MVP development, which was released to a handful of people and gauged their reaction to it.
Design
After seeking client’s approval, we started working on designing the platform. The team exhibited their expertise and smart work by beginning the design process from the basic level and getting it approved from the company.
Modifications
This stage brought major hurdles when major updates on OpenSea and Rarible occurred. We were expecting to launch the NFT aggregator platform in the coming fifteen days when the updates posed a challenge and we had to change our course of action. Fortunately, things did not go out of control because the team working on the project was highly experienced and professional.
Testing
The project is still under testing and we are all set to launch it in the market in the next month.
